Arboreto has come about as the result of the real estate competition organised by the municipality of Tervuren and won by BPI Real Estate. In cooperation with the architect HUB & Styfhals, the former GITO school site is being redeveloped into 4 urban detached blocks with different apartments types, a childcare centre and a co-working space.
