With high environmental goals, Move'Hub aims for BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications, in addition to alignment with the European Taxonomy objectives. A zero fossil fuel building, Move'Hub also advocates the reuse of materials, prefabrication and modularity for a reduced carbon footprint and waste.

The outdoor spaces and terraces on all floors and the creation of a common garden for the residents contribute to the well-being and the climatic effort (coolness island and biodiversity). Move'Hub contributes to the sustainable transition of the neighborhood.
