BPI Real Estate strengthens management team to realize growth ambition

BPI Real Estate, a leading real estate developer active in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland, is strengthening its management team to realize its growth ambition and to future-proof its organization.

Over recent years, BPI Real Estate has successfully navigated a demanding real estate cycle

Relying above all on the strength and experience of its team. This expertise, combined with an agile strategy and a track record of flagship residential, office, and mixed-use projects, forms the foundation of our success.

Looking ahead, the company aims to strengthen its commitment to shaping resilient and flourishing urban environments that care for people, deliver long-term value and contribute to a more sustainable future. Accordingly, BPI is adapting its management team to support its growth targets and its response to rapidly evolving market conditions.

Setup of a Strategic Committee

The first change is the setup of a new Strategic Committee which will oversee the key strategic decisions considering BPI’s future. The Committee will work in close collaboration with BPI’s local management teams in its core countries of Belgium, Poland and Luxembourg.

The Committee will be chaired by Jacques Lefèvre, CEO of BPI Real Estate and member of the CFE Executive Committee, and also include Béranger Dumont and Arnaud Regout as members.

Changes in Country Management

Béranger Dumont will take on the new role of Country Director Belgium and member of the Strategic Commitee. This change sees Béranger return from Poland after six years of leading the Polish team and significantly strengthening the company’s local operations.

Frederik Lesire will take on the role of Country Director Poland, bringing the extensive experience he has built within BPI Belgium over the past years to ensure continuity and help build the next chapter of BPI in Poland.

In Luxembourg, a key market for BPI’s major upcoming developments, Sébastien Labis will continue his current role as Country Director Luxembourg

Arnaud Regout will continue his roles of Chief Investment Officer, leading business development and B2B investments at BPI. He will also continue as member of the Executive Committee of the CFE Group, responsible for investments, construction and real estate development in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

« I am really proud of the team and the track record we have built in a challenging market. With these changes we continue future-proofing our organisation, making sure we remain flexible and resilient in a fast-changing world. We are ready to grow our portfolio and take on game-changing projects as the real estate market picks up again. »

says Jacques Lefèvre, CEO of BPI Real Estate
