Future office buildings in Strassen

In 2017, BPI Real Estate acquired the company Swiss Life Immo SA, owner of the former headquarters of Swiss Life Luxembourg. This future real estate development will include 2 office buildings. With a total surface of 3.753 m² (Ground + 2 levels), the offices will also have a good parking ratio (96 indoor and 30 outdoor spaces). The project is located on the main artery connecting Strassen to the City Center, not far from the A3 and A6 motorways.

Arlon 23 is close to many shops and is served directly by the bus line 28 whose stop is located just in front of the future buildings.
