A new mixed-use project that focuses on the circular economu and low-carbon construction.
Four wooden buildings will be built above an underground 260-space car park and a mixed traditional-style com-mercial/office base. One of the buildings will be for office space, and the other three will contain 96 accommodation units. These units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, will be designed to allow a high level of flexibi-lity of space in order to adapt to changing family needs. The emphasis will be on biodiversity and renewable energy.

Work should begin in the second half of 2022 for the project to be finalised in 2024.
